The glittering start of this year’s ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 tournament is around the corner. Every participating cricket team in the world is engaged in their preparation. A total of 10 teams will be participating in this tournament, which is going to be organized in England.

The tournament is scheduled to begin on May 30 and the final match will be played on July 14. This ICC Cricket World Cup tournament, which will last for almost 50 days, will be the eyes of world cricket lovers. History of Cricket World Cup
ICC Cricket World Cup is an international cricket championship tournament. It is organized every four years. This championship is organized by the International Cricket Council. For the first time, this World Cup was held in England in 1975. The first three World Cups were held in England. After the 1987 ICC Cricket World Cup, every four years it is organized in other countries. This tournament is ranked third in the world’s most-watched tournaments. Above this is the FIFA Football World Cup and the Olympic Games.
The ICC Cricket World Cup tournament is being organized by England for the sixth time. Earlier, the England, which had held this tournament 5 times earlier, has not won the ICC Cricket World Cup tournament even once. After reaching the final three times, they had to face defeat. Australia has been the winner of the most 5 times. West Indies 2 times, India 2 times and Pakistan and Sri Lanka have made this tournament their title 1-1 times.

Started from the year 1992, this title is given to the player performing the best in the ICC Cricket World Cup tournament. So far given seven times, this title has been won 3 times by Australian players, 2 times by Indians, 1 time South Africa and Sri Lanka players each. Sachin Tendulkar (673 runs in 2 wickets) in 2003, Yuvraj Singh (362 runs, 15 wickets) in the year 2011, has taken possession of the title from India. Sachin Tendulkar (673 runs) is the highest run scorer in any ICC Cricket World Cup tournament played so far.

Every year the player performing in the finals is given the title of Man of the match. The Australia team’s players have occupied the most 5 times of this title given so far 11 times. The West Indies and India’s players have been successful in making their title 2-2 times. The players from Pakistan and Sri Lanka have made to this title 1-1 times.
