We'd like to start off by stating that we do
not care to speak bad about anyone ever, and would really rather not,
however we are compelled to do so for 2 reasons;
BEGINNING OF INFO FOR THIS PAGE:
As mentioned in our
knockoff warning
page, there are a several sellers on Ebay and the stuff
they are selling have a LOT of complaints, especially regarding the PMD cooler
kits. On this page below is a small compilation of Ebay feedbacks snips
of recent and archived feedback of the sellers.
This list includes that guy from NY...
There are few if any sellers of GM 6.5 Diesel products on Ebay of which we feel could be considered reputable.
If you do not understand how Ebay feedback is, here is a brief explanation in history about it. Ebay feedback allowed buyers and sellers to leave each other feed back, often when a buyer was burned they feared leaving a negative because of retaliatory feedbacks. Only recently has Ebay changed that to not permit such retaliatory feedbacks, however many Ebay users still do not know that and still fear leaving a bad feedback for fear or retaliatory negatives that will reduce their user rating. This is also why you will see some negative comments in Neutral or Positive rated feedbacks. So when a buyer leaves a neutral or negative it is usually considered that they had a very serious problem with that seller.
Ebay sellers can buy items and receive feedback, and quite often sellers buy small cheap items to raise their Ebay feedback ratings, so why you can see a seller with a high rating but who is not so reputable... Ebay also seems to favorably help out the sellers with feedback, after all Ebay makes their $ from the sellers as buyers do not pay any fees. Also watch for + from “NO LONGER A REGISTER USER(s)”
We will not list the Seller's user IDs below, because we do not want to chance any possible mis-association of their names on this site with us, also there is no need as a means for who to avoid or not really~ as Ebay should be avoided as a place for products for the GM 6.5 Diesels~ period.
Ebay keeps the description of the items for 30-days so some current listings can be seen as we list the item numbers, dates, and BUYER'S User Names to prove these are accurate and true quotes as published on Ebay.
Complaints
range from slow shipping and deliberate overcharges to defective non-working
products and complete/total ripoffs where sellers took money but did not
send products!
To put it simply put, all it should take is
seeing a few where the buyers said they were completely ripped off should say it
all.
