Our
founder Jim in his quest for added
Boost and reliable power increases from the
GM 6.5TD Turbo Diesel (6.5td
turbodiesel) engines with electronic fuel injection, and has spent countless hours analyzing the vehicle systems
to design a system that accomplished the tasks in a plug and play setup designed
to be very easy install withOUT; cutting or splicing any wires on the existing factory wiring
harness.
Such a device to meet our
standards had to be easy to install, use, OEM (original equipment
manufacturer) compatible, look as stock as possible and be
able to be controlled from the comfort and safety of the driver's seat.
To make things easier for those with warranty concerns, it had to be easily
removable to revert back to 'stock' condition' quickly.
The result is the product shown above, and it is the
first and only
control of it's kind with all of these custom innovative design
features available for the GM 6.5 Turbo Diesel Engines. boost fooler, bleed

boost controller for the 6.5TD with NO cut, NO splice,
"plug & play" design, Documents on these design features have been
filed with the US PATENT OFFICE.
Easy
to adjust by turning knob on dash from the comfort of the driver's seat!,
NO NEED TO LIFT HOOD TO ADJUST! Note;
knockoff product sold by disreputable vendors do NOT have the ability to
adjust on the fly, and do NOT have the ability to ADD
FUEL! and those underhood units do not offer the convenience or safety of in cab
adjustability!
Adding
Fuel along with
Boost is important
to attain the proper air/fuel ratio for efficiency and Power.
With
our products there is no need to pull over, stop and open the hood to
deal with parts near hot engine areas, as
our products allow
adjustment from the driver's seat of both
Boost and
Fuel!
Once set to 'max' it can be
left alone, or adjusted as desired.
Boost can be
raised to levels up to 12 to 15+ psi or more...
In case EGTs
(exhaust gas temperatures)
ever become high, or to reduce
boost if driving at higher altitudes, the
boost
can easily be reduced by just turning the knob, from the safety and comfort of
inside the truck. Computer chips do not offer
this adjustability,
Can be used
with most aftermarket performance 'chips' or 'programming' if user already has
one. We have tested with many aftermarket "chips", but we do advise
just the controls be used as there is not much need for those once the
controls are installed.

as hard to attain a speed, because the engine is operating more efficiently.

** SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING PMD CONNECTORS: The New Gray (grey) versions of the Stanadyne PMDs use a New Gray connector that is different than the older black PMD connectors. Previous customers of our BOOST/FUEL CONTROL who do not have the PDC/PMD Remote Package but want one now will need a different connector for the Newer gray PMD fitted for a small cost, or get one of our new adapter harnesses.
NOTICE: Beware of knockoff
or copycat and cheapie products that mount underhood and do not offer the
ability to add fuel with the boost, Also
mechanical boost controls will often result in the computer setting fault
codes and overboost error codes, and those are NOT adjustable from the driver's
seat. Both types are
often peddled on a few unethical forums. Click link below for more info about

WARNING: In
regard to misleading information about this product on a certain diesel forum,

NOTE: It is Highly Recommended that the PDC/PMD Remote Package and OPS SAVER be added for RELIABILITY to ANY GM 6.5 Liter Electronic Fuel Injected Diesel engines (even STOCK engines) for RELIABILITY, before (or at the same time) as adding ANY power upgrades.
